SIRIN VODKA PADDLE BOARD GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
By entering the SIRIN Vodka Paddle Board Giveaway (the "Contest"), participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of the Contest Sponsor and/or participating retailer(s), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
- Eligibility
The Contest is open only to individuals who are residents of Saskatchewan and of legal drinking age in the province at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, agents, and representatives of Sirin Vodka ("Contest Sponsor"), participating retailers, affiliated or subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. - Contest Period
The Contest Period is determined at the sole discretion of each participating retailer or the Contest Sponsor. Start and end dates may vary by location and will be communicated via in-store signage or digital announcements. The Contest Sponsor makes no guarantees that the Contest will be run at any or all locations. - How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter the Contest in one (1) of the following ways:- Scan the QR Code located on Sirin Vodka marketing materials at participating retail locations and fully complete the online entry form; or
- Visit the official Contest Website and complete the entry form.
Limit: One (1) entry per person, per household, per day. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor or participating retailer.
By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge and agree that if they are selected as a potential winner, they must execute a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release as a condition of receiving the prize. - Prize
A paddle board (approximate retail value: $425 CAD) may be awarded as a prize at the sole discretion of either Sirin Vodka or the participating retailer. Alcohol is not included in the prize. The number of prizes available is not guaranteed and will be determined solely by the Contest Sponsor or retailer.
IMPORTANT: Prize model, make, or appearance may vary from promotional images. All prizes are awarded "as is" with no express or implied warranties. No cash alternative or substitutions will be offered. The Contest Sponsor and retailers reserve the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value at their sole discretion. - Winner Selection & Conditions
Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw may be conducted by either Sirin Vodka or a participating retailer, at their sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
To be confirmed as a winner, a selected entrant must:- Correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question without assistance;
- Comply fully with these Official Rules;
- Sign and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release (if required).
Failure to meet these conditions will result in disqualification and another winner may be selected. - Disqualification
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual found to:- Be tampering with the entry process or Contest platform;
- Be violating the Official Rules;
- Act in a disruptive or dishonest manner; or
- Submit fraudulent or misrepresented entries.
Disqualified entries or entrants are not eligible to receive any prize. - Privacy, Data Collection & Marketing Rights
By entering the Contest, participants:- Consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Sirin Vodka and/or its affiliates, agents, marketing partners, retailers, and service providers for Contest administration, winner contact, analytics, and future marketing purposes.
- Grant Sirin Vodka and its affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, store, display, publish, modify, or share submitted information (excluding SIN or sensitive ID) for commercial, advertising, or promotional purposes.
- Understand that this may include contact via email, SMS, phone, digital ads, or social media in compliance with applicable privacy legislation.
Participants may opt out of marketing at any time, but this will not affect their Contest entry. - Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
By entering this Contest, entrants release, waive, and hold harmless Sirin Vodka, its affiliated companies, participating retailers, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to:- Participation in the Contest or inability to participate;
- Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize;
- Any technical or human errors related to the Contest or prize fulfillment;
- Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind caused or alleged to be caused by participation in the Contest or use of the prize.
Furthermore, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the Contest or their acceptance/use of the prize. - Contest Cancellation or Modification
Sirin Vodka reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest or any part thereof for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, regulatory concerns, or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, no liability shall attach to the Contest Sponsor or participating retailers. - Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Saskatchewan.
